The Mist Collector "MR Series" is a product that can capture 99.9% of 5μm particles without using any filters. In addition to the forced oil mist removal utilizing exhaust pressure, we have achieved a significant reduction in disk clogging by placing collection disks after the fan and rectifying plate. This enhances maintenance and energy efficiency compared to conventional models. Furthermore, with inverter control, it supports eight levels of airflow adjustment. There was an issue of "exhaust leakage from the mist collector due to high concentration of oil mist inhalation." To address this, we implemented exhaust leakage countermeasures by installing an after-filter. When the mist concentration was high, we selected an appropriate after-filter.
